Terms of Service

1. The service

PolyTiks is a media-intelligence tool: it collects publicly available media content, analyzes it with artificial intelligence, and provides analyses, alerts, summaries and response drafts. The service is informational and analytical in nature.

2. Accounts and subscription

Access is contracted per organization under the selected plan. You are responsible for credential confidentiality and all activity under your organization's accounts. Pricing and plan scope are defined by contract/offer.

3. Third-party content

News articles, headlines and reader comments belong to their publishers and authors. PolyTiks does not appropriate them: we index and analyze publicly available content and always link to the original portal. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or legality of third-party content.

4. AI analyses — no warranties

Tone scores, topics, indices, alerts and drafts are the result of automated processing and constitute estimates — not statements of fact, legal advice or recommendations to act. Before publishing or sending any content prepared with the platform (e.g. a right-of-reply), you must review and approve it yourself. Any decision based on the analyses is made solely at your own risk.

5. Intellectual property and data

The platform, software, design, models, methodology, and all analyses, scores, statistics, aggregates and other derived data produced by the platform are the exclusive property of PolyTiks.

Content you input (e.g. campaign goals, notes) remains yours, but by using the service you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, transferable license to process it to provide and improve the service and to use it in aggregated or anonymized form without restriction.

6. Prohibited uses

It is prohibited to: use the service contrary to BiH law; attempt unauthorized access to others' data; scrape our platform; resell or share access with third parties without our written approval; or use analyses for unlawful targeting, discrimination or disinformation.

7. Availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, upgrade or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the mandatory laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, loss of data, and damage arising from decisions based on the analyses, inaccuracy of third-party content, or temporary unavailability of the service.

Our total aggregate liability on any basis is limited to the fees your organization paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us for all damages and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service contrary to these Terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate as contracted. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, without refund of fees already paid for the period in which the breach occurred.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The competent court in Sarajevo has jurisdiction over disputes, following an attempt at amicable resolution.

12. Changes

We may amend these Terms; material changes will be notified to users, and the current version is always published on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Contact: info@inbox.polytiks.ba.
